Our advice line is staffed by Volunteers many of whom have personal experience of living with disability.

We provide information on a wide range of topics:

  • Access, transport and mobility, blue parking badges.

  • Equipment: choosing, buying new or secondhand, or hiring.

  • Home safety and adaptations.

  • Information for families and carers.

  • Children's equipment.

  • Medical, healthcare and keeping fit.

  • Benefits advice and help with Disability Living Allowance form filling.

  • Disability equality education.
